This week, we’re delighted to celebrate an incredible milestone – Kaye Richardson’s 10-year anniversary with Perrigo Consultants.
Over the past decade, Kaye has become a hugely valued member of the team, bringing a wealth of experience, professionalism, and dedication to both colleagues and clients. Her knowledge, reliability, and supportive approach have made a lasting impact across the business, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything she has contributed over the years.
Kaye (FCCA) has nearly 30 years of experience across accountancy practice and industry, qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant more than 25 years ago.
Throughout her career, Kaye has built extensive expertise across financial management, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business operations, working with both global organisations and growing businesses.
Before joining Perrigo Consultants, Kaye worked as a Financial Controller, where she was responsible for monthly and annual accounts, business reviews, forecasting, budgeting, and supporting new business bids.
Her career has also included roles with major corporate organisations, alongside innovative smaller businesses.
Since joining Perrigo Consultants in January 2016, Kaye has been involved in just about everything!
When Kaye first started, the team consisted of just three people, and she recalls working from a sofa squeezed between the other two desks. Fast forward 10 years, and Perrigo has grown to a thriving team of more than 20 people, moving offices three times along the way to accommodate its growth.
One of the things Kaye is most proud of is still being able to smile through the joys (and occasional frustrations!) of HMRC. She particularly enjoys catching up with clients, helping them navigate the trials and tribulations of tax, and being part of their business journey and success.
Outside of work, Kaye loves travelling anywhere sunny, with a memorable Christmas trip to the Caribbean being a recent highlight.
When the working day is done, she’s more likely to be found enjoying a glass of wine or a G&T, and life at home is kept busy by her two children and two very enthusiastic cocker spaniels, who are well known for making surprise appearances during Teams meetings with clients! 🐾😊
Kaye’s experience, dedication, and positive approach have made a lasting impression not only on clients but also on her colleagues. Her willingness to share her knowledge and support those around her is something that is greatly appreciated across the team. One colleague, who has worked closely with Kaye over the past year, shared the following:
