Continuing His Professional Development 🎓  

Pat is already MAAT qualified and is currently working towards the ICAEW ACA qualification.

He recently passed another professional-level exam, bringing him one step closer to completing the qualification. With around half of his exams now completed, there is still plenty of studying ahead, but it’s great to see Pat continuing to develop his knowledge alongside his day-to-day work with our clients.

Pat works across a wide range of areas within the practice, including annual accounts, Corporation Tax, VAT and Personal Tax. More recently, he has also been involved in business succession planning and valuations, supporting some of the more complex conversations that arise as businesses develop and owners begin thinking about their longer-term plans.  

Getting Involved in the Local Business Community 🤝  

Pat is becoming increasingly involved in the local business community. In July, he joined the Wyre Forest BNI chapter, which meets every Thursday morning at Ombersley Golf Club.  

He is also involved with Worcestershire Advance, a networking group that brings together young professionals from across the county.

From beginning his accountancy career in 2021 to becoming MAAT qualified and now working towards his ACA qualification, Pat has already achieved a great deal in a relatively short space of time.  

We’re delighted to have him as part of the team and look forward to seeing him continue to develop, although we’re not ruling out finding a way to put that Marine Biology degree to use one day! 🐟
