We’re putting the spotlight on another member of the Perrigo team, Sarah-Jayne.

Sarah-Jayne is our Practice Manager here at Perrigo Consultants. She joined Perrigo in early 2025. Her career began in administration and has taken her through a variety of roles and industries, including the NHS and property management, before moving into accountancy practice management.  

Her role is incredibly varied, with no two days ever the same, which is one of the reasons she genuinely loves what she does.  

Developing her career 🎓 

Since joining Perrigo, Sarah-Jayne has completed her CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership and achieved Chartered Manager (CMgr) status with the Chartered Management Institute. 

Continuing her professional development, she is now studying towards the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, which complements the HR and people-management responsibilities within her role. 

Making a Difference Behind the Scenes 🚀 

Put simply, Sarah-Jayne’s role is all about looking after the practice and its people.

She oversees much of the day-to-day running of Perrigo, with a particular focus on the team, HR and recruitment, training, compliance, workflow, systems and improving the way the practice works. 

Providing a positive client experience is also incredibly important to Sarah-Jayne. She wants every client to find Perrigo approachable, organised and easy to deal with from their very first contact and throughout their time with the practice. 

Sarah-Jayne works closely with Dave, Kaye and the wider team to solve problems, introduce improvements and help turn Perrigo’s plans and ideas into reality.
