Their explanations and advice are clear and understandable to someone who knows little about the processes. They are exceptionally responsive and are happy to communicate in a way that suits the client. My accountant's business was taken over by Perrigo. I had to declare capital gains tax on the sale of a property, my previous accountant had deal with a similar but more complex situation earlier. I was quoted £750 plus VAT on a tax liability of less than £5,000, 3 times more than my previous costs. I declined and did it myself online, it took 20 minutes. My daughter is in despair with the same company, which she's left now but is being chased for payments that the company cannot give an explanation for.
